I have left many messages and have been told that they will call me back and they never do. They installed incorrect flooring in one room and refuse to remedy the situation. I DO NOT recommend this company. I have contacted the BBB and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Please take your business elsewhere. This company cannot be trusted.

They also installed the carpeting in a very timely manner, not to mention the installers were all so kind. Overall it was a smooth and excellent experience, I would highly recommend to a family member or friend.
